April 2015 New Releases On Netflix

Its that time again folks! Netflix is adding a ton of new titles next month for your viewing pleasure.  The highlights for April 2015 include Marvels new series Daredevil,  Noah and Hot Fuzz,  Season 7 of Sons Of Anarchy, as well as a few of the top horror films from 2014.

As always this list is preliminary, keep this page bookmarked as we will be updating it daily with all the new releases added throughout the month.

And Now … Ladies and Gentlemen… (2002): Starring Jeremy Irons, Patricia Kaas and Thierry Lhermitte. A jazz singer and a British jewel thief are brought together by their mutual desire to forget the past.

Barnyard (2006): Starring Kevin James, Courteney Cox and Danny Glover. When the farmer’s away, all the animals play…and sing, and dance. Eventually, though, someone has to step in and run things, a responsibility that ends up going to Otis, a carefree cow.

The Beautician and the Beast (1997): Starring Fran Drescher, Timothy Dalton and Ian McNeice. A New York cosmetologist mistakenly thought to be a science teacher is offered a job to teach the children of an Eastern European dictator.

Bound (1996): Starring Jennifer Tilly, Gina Gershon and Joe Pantoliano. Corky, a tough female ex-con and her lover Violet concoct a scheme to steal millions of stashed mob money and pin the blame on Violet’s crooked boyfriend Caeser.

Buffalo Soldiers (2001): Starring Joaquin Phoenix, Anna Paquin and Ed Harris. A criminal subculture operates among U.S. soldiers stationed in West Germany just before the fall of the Berlin wall.

The Crocodile Hunter: Collision Course (2002): Starring Steve Irwin, Terry Irwin and Magda Szubanski. The Crocodile Hunter mistakes some CIA agents for poachers and sets out to stop them from capturing a wily croc which, unbeknownst to him, has swallowed a tracking drone.

Down to Earth (2001): Starring Chris Rock, Regina King and Chazz Palminteri. After dying before his time, an aspiring comic gets a second shot at life…by being reincarnated as a wealthy but unlikeable businessman.

Leprechaun 3 (1995): Starring Warwick Davis, John Gatins and Lee Armstrong. A mischievous, evil leprechaun toys with the fate of those who dare to make a wish on his gold coins.

Leprechaun 4: In Space (1997): Starring Warwick Davis, Brent Jasmer and Jessica Collins. Our deadly leprechaun is in space to woo a beautiful princess who is impressed with his gold and desires to separate him from it.

Leprechaun 6: Back 2 tha Hood (2003): Starring Warwick Davis, Tangi Miller and Laz Alonso. When Emily Woodrow and her friends happen on a treasure chest full of gold coins, they fail to to heed the warnings of a wise old psychic who had foretold that they would encounter trouble with a very nasty and protective Leprechaun.

Suicide Kings (1997): Starring Christopher Walken, Denis Leary and Sean Patrick Flanery. A group of youngsters kidnap a respected Mafia figure.

Sunset Strip (2000): Starring Simon Baker, Anna Friel and Nick Stahl. A comedy that takes place during 24 hours on Sunset Strip in 1972.

Underworld (2003): Starring Kate Beckinsale, Scott Speedman and Bill Nighy. Selene, a beautiful vampire warrior, entrenched in a war between the vampire and werewolf races. Although she is aligned with the vampires, she falls in love with Michael, a human who is sought by werewolves for unknown reasons.

Whiteboyz (1999): Starring Danny Hoch, Dash Mihok and Mark Webber. In an Iowa town almost entirely populated by white people, a teen dreams of becoming a hip-hop star.

Wrong Turn at Tahoe (2009): Starring Cuba Gooding Jr., Miguel Ferrer and Harvey Keitel. A small-time crime boss kills a drug dealer without realizing that the drug dealer works for the biggest crime boss in the country.

Life Partners (2014): Starring Gillian Jacobs, Leighton Meester and Adam Brody. Sasha and Paige’s co-dependent friendship is tested as Paige gets serious with a guy for the first time.

Sinbad: The Fifth Voyage (2014): Starring Patrick Stewart, Marco Khan and Lorna Raver. When the Sultan’s first born is taken by an evil sorcerer, Sinbad is tasked with traveling to a desert of magic and creatures to save her.

Derek: Special (2015): Starring Ricky Gervais, Kerry Godliman and David Earl. Derek is a loyal nursing home caretaker who sees only the good in his quirky co-workers as they struggle against prejudice and shrinking budgets to care for their elderly residents.

Starry Eyes (2014): Starring Alex Essoe, Amanda Fuller and Noah Segan. A hopeful young starlet uncovers the ominous origins of the Hollywood elite and enters into a deadly agreement in exchange for fame and fortune.

The Quiet Ones (2014): Starring Jared Harris, Sam Claflin and Olivia Cooke. A university professor and a team of students conduct an experiment on a young woman, uncovering terrifyingly dark, unexpected forces in the process.

Preservation (2014): Starring Wrenn Schmidt, Pablo Schreiber and Aaron Staton. An anesthesiologist must awaken her animal instincts when she, her husband and her brother-in-law become the quarry of unseen hunters who want to turn them all into trophies.

Wilfred, Season 4 (2014): Starring Elijah Wood, Jason Gann and Fiona Gubelmann. The story of a manic depressive man who inexplicably is the only one who can see his neighbor’s dog as a full grown man in a dog suit.

Halt and Catch Fire: Season 1 (2014): Starring Lee Pace, Scoot McNairy and Mackenzie Davis. Set in the early 1980s, series dramatizes the personal computing boom through the eyes of a visionary, an engineer and a prodigy whose innovations directly confront the corporate behemoths of the time. Their personal and professional partnership will be challenged by greed and ego while charting the changing culture in Texas’ Silicon Prairie.

April 9

Pioneer (2013): Starring Aksel Hennie, Wes Bentley and Stephen Lang. A thriller set at the beginning of the 1980s Norwegian Oil Boom and centered on a diver whose obsession with reaching the bottom of the Norwegian Sea leads to tragedy.

April 10

Broken (2013): Starring Charlie Booty, Lily James and Tim Roth. The story of a young girl in North London whose life changes after witnessing a violent attack.

Confusion Na Wa (2013): Starring Ramsey Nouah, Ali Nuhu and O.C. Ukeje. The lives of a group of strangers in Nigeria become intertwined over the course of 24 hours.

Flower Girl (2013): Starring Damilola Adegbite, Chris Attoh and Blossom Chukwujekwu. A romantic comedy in which a shy florist teams up with a movie star to push her lifelong boyfriend into proposing marriage.

Marvel’s Daredevil: Season 1 (2015): Starring Charlie Cox, Deborah Ann Woll and Elden Henson. A blind lawyer with his other senses superhumanly enhanced fights crime as a costumed superhero.

October 1 (2014): Starring Femi Adebayo, Ademola Adedoyin and Kayode Aderupoko. As Nigeria is on the verge of independence from Colonial rule in 1960, a detective is sent to investigate a series of murders.

Ties That Bind (2011): Starring Ama Abebrese, Kofi Adjorlolo and Khareemar Aguiar. The lives of three women are brought together by the loss of their children.

The Identical (2014): Starring Blake Rayne, Ray Liotta and Ashley Judd. Twin brothers are unknowingly separated at birth; one of them becomes an iconic rock ‘n’ roll star, while the other struggles to balance his love for music and pleasing his father.

April 13

Video Game High School: Season 3 (2014): Starring Josh Blaylock, Ellary Porterfield and Johanna Braddy. In a futuristic world where gaming is the top sport, a teenager attends a school which specializes in a curriculum of video games in each genre.

April 14

The Babadook (2014): Starring Essie Davis, Noah Wiseman and Daniel Henshall. A single mother, plagued by the violent death of her husband, battles with her son’s fear of a monster lurking in the house, but soon discovers a sinister presence all around her.

Goodbye to Language (2014): Starring Heloise Godet, Kamel Abdeli and Richard Chevallier. A man and woman meet, fall in love and fight, while a stray dog wanders the streets and a former husband interferes in this provocative, visionary film from acclaimed French director Jean-Luc Godard.

Kink (2013): A documentary on fetish website Kink.com.

April 16

Hot Fuzz (2007): Starring Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and Timothy Dalton. Exceptional London cop Nicholas Angel is involuntarily transferred to a quaint English village and paired with a witless new partner. While on the beat, Nicholas suspects a sinister conspiracy is afoot with the residents.

April 17

Baby Daddy: Season 4 (2015): Starring Jean-Luc Bilodeau, Tahj Mowry and Derek Theler. A twentysomething bachelor bartender becomes an unlikely parent when an ex-girlfriend leaves a baby girl on his doorstep.

They Came Together (2014): Starring Amy Poehler, Paul Rudd and Bill Hader. A small business owner is about to lose her shop to a major corporate development.

Noah (2014): Starring Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly and Anthony Hopkins. A man is chosen by his world’s creator to undertake a momentous mission before an apocalyptic flood cleanses the world.

April 21

A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night (2014): Starring Sheila Vand, Arash Marandi and Marshall Menesh. In the Iranian ghost-town Bad City, a place that reeks of death and loneliness, the townspeople are unaware they are being stalked by a lonesome vampire.

April 25

Sons of Anarchy: Season 7 (2014): Starring Charlie Hunnam, Mark Boone Junior and Katey Sagal. A man in his early 30s struggles to find a balance in his life between being a new dad and his involvement in a motorcycle club.

April 27

National Treasure (2004): Starring Nicolas Cage, Diane Kruger and Justin Bartha. A historian races to find the legendary Templar Treasure before a team of mercenaries.
